Who we are
Snaptoll is a service operated by Dephre Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17297698). For any privacy questions, contact us at support@snaptoll.com. Dephre Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect (waitlist)
While Snaptoll is pre-launch, the only personal data we collect from you is the email address you give us to join our waitlist, along with the date you joined. We do not collect names, payment details, or vehicle information at this stage.
Why we use it & our lawful basis
We use your email solely to send you a confirmation that you have joined, and to let you know when Snaptoll launches. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form. You can withdraw it at any time (see your rights below). We will not use your email for any other purpose, and we will never sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers within the European Union (Ireland). We rely on Resend to deliver our emails. We keep waitlist data only until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it; you can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to its use. To exercise any of these, email support@snaptoll.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
This is a preliminary policy covering our pre-launch waitlist. It will be expanded before Snaptoll begins processing tolls, payments, and vehicle data.
